Physical Activity

Physical activity done right strengthens your body, sharpens your mind, boosts your mood, and keeps your energy high, making you feel great inside and out!

Outdoor Aerobics

Be physically active

There are countless ways to move your body and build and maintain muscle mass. It doesn't always have to be exercise in the gym. Playing at the park with your kids or your dog, a good old deep cleaning session of your home, some digging in your yard. All are great ways to get some physical activity in too. Just find your favorite ones and do it!

Exercise for Women

Women are made to endure and stretch (think no further than child birth), but since we need to practice what we are naturally less good at, strength and speed is what women should focus on when exercising: Weight lifting + Sprint intervals.

Exercise for Men

Different from women, men's muscles are made to be strong and fast. So, men should especially train to increase endurance and flexibility: Ever thought of starting a yoga class or training for a marathon?

Yoga Class

Yoga

Yoga is awesome! If you never tried it, just do it and see for yourself...

Green Park

Walking in nature

A walk in nature -especially in the morning hours and ideally without head phones on- does it all. It makes the blood flow, fills your lunges with oxygen, allows the body to make vitamin D, gives you time to think and reflect and so much more.

Recovery &
Rest days

30 second long cold showers and massage guns feel awesome, are rejuvenating and help with recovery. And rest days are as important for your body and mind as sleep is. Schedule them as you would schedule your work-out sessions.
